To Enter: Complete an official entry form found at Burt.Com or Burt Chevrolet, Burt Subaru, Burt Toyota, Burt Scion, Burt Buick Pontiac GMC, Burt Ford on Arapahoe, Burt Mazda, Burt Ford in Parker, Burt Chevrolet in Parker or Burt Dodge Chrysler Jeep in Parker. You will be asked to provide your first and last name, complete mailing address, phone number, e-mail address and date of birth. You can also submit an entry via US Postal Service mail by writing your first and last name, complete mailing address, phone number, e-mail address and date of birth on a 3”x5” card and mailing in a first class-mail stamped envelope to: “Win a Vehicle from Burt.Com Contest” c/o LGC Management, 10301 East Arapahoe Road, Centennial, CO 80112. All methods of entry must be received by midnight on June 30, 2008. LIMIT ONE ENTRY PER PERSON REGARDLESS OF MEANS OF ENTRY. MULTIPLE ENTRIES AND MECHANICALLY REPRODUCED COPIES WILL BE DISQUALIFIED. Conditions: The Burt Automotive Network, its dealers, and each of their respective agencies, personnel, subsidiaries and any other company associated with this program are not responsible for lost, late, stolen, misdirected, illegible, or duplicate entries. Illegible, unintelligible, incomplete, mutilated or garbled entries will be disqualified. Copies, automated entries (including, but not limited to, entries made in writing or electronically using any script, bot, macro, or sweepstake service), facsimiles or mechanical reproductions will NOT be accepted. The entrant must submit electronic or written entry by midnight on June 30, 2008. All entries become the property of Burt and will not be returned to entrant. Burt reserves the right, as its sole discretion, to suspend or terminate the contest.
Drawing: One Grand Prize winner will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible in-store and internet-based entries received during the time period between March 15, 2008 and June 30, 2008. Grand prize drawing will be held on July 5, 2008. The Director of Marketing for Burt Automotive Network will contact the winner via e-mail and/or follow-up phone call. Burt Automotive Network Senior Vice President and Legal Counsel will supervise the random selection process. Odds of winning are dependent on the number of entries received.
Prizes: One (1) Grand Prize: The grand prize is a new vehicle from Burt Automotive with a maximum retail value of $25,000.00. No cash award will be given in place of the prize. Winners are responsible for all taxes, title fees, license fees, and registration fees. Winner will be sent an IRS Federal 1099-MISC tax form for the retail value of any prize at or above $600. The retail value of the grand prize is approximately $25,000.00. A representative of Burt Automotive Network will coordinate with the Grand prize winner for vehicle selection and to schedule pickup. The Grand Prize winner will be responsible to show proof of contest eligibility (including, but not limited to, a valid motor vehicle driver’s license) prior to taking delivery of prize. If Grand Prize winner does not pick up prize, prize certificates, or coupons within thirty (30) days of notice or drawing, prize will be forfeited and another Grand Prize winner be selected. When a new Grand Prize winner is selected, that individual will become the sole Grand Prize winner.
General Conditions: Winner, by acceptance of prize, (a) agrees that Sponsor, its dealers, parents, subsidiaries advertising and promotion agencies, and their respected officers, directors, employees, representatives and agents will have no liability whatsoever for, and shall be held harmless by winner against any liability for any injuries, losses or damages of any kind to persons, including death, or property resulting in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, from acceptance, possessions, misuse or use of the prize or participation in this contest or participation in any contest related activity, and (b) except where legally prohibited, grants permission (and agrees to confirm that grant in writing, upon request) to the Sponsor and those acting under its authority to use the winner’s name, photograph, voice and/or likeness for advertising and/or publicity purposes without providing additional compensation to Grand Prize winner. Data from entry forms will be collected and may be used by Sponsor for future direct or electronic marketing to entrants. Any list compiled from entries will not be shared with any other company. Winners may be required to complete, sign, and return an affidavit of eligibility and liability release and, where lawful, publicity releases within ten days of notification. If documents are not returned in a timely manner, or if any prize or prize notification is returned as non-deliverable, prize will be forfeited and an alternate winner selected. Decisions by administrators on all matters relating to the contest are final.
Limitations of Liability: Sponsor and its dealers, respective affiliates, parents, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and their respective officers, directors, employees, representatives, agents, and any other entity involved in the development, production, implementation, administration or fulfillment of the contest (with all of the foregoing collectively referred to as “Sponsors and Administrators”) are not responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate information, malfunction of any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the sweepstakes, or any other technical or human error which may occur in the processing of submissions in the contest. Sponsors and Administrators assume no responsibility for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line failure, theft, destruction, unauthorized access to, or alteration of entries. Sponsor reserves the right at its sole discretion to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the contest.
